My dahling Chelsea is leaving town this weekend for a few months for a project and I'm rather inconsolable. To send her off we had a potluck at her place, which turned out to be not a potluck at all, but an incredible feast whipped up by the woman herself: tabouleh with a spiced apple and walnut salad and homemade French bread. There was also a chocolate cake with raspberries and then Chelsea put on a secondhand Snuggie and danced for us. You will be missed Chelsea!
