As in, that’s how far away you can see me in these pants (even without Photoshop!) I know the trend right now is to colorblock in neon, but I just don’t have the wardrobe for it. I’m lucky to even have these red jeans, otherwise I’d be total fashion roadkill and have to take the Gaultier veil and live in a shunnery. Today's look mixes the red jeans with the navy coat with the teal in the socks – that’s important, wearing loafers instead of oxfords so you get that extra little unexpected pop of color at your ankles – and the checks of the shirt picked up in the checks in the sunglasses contrasting with the monogrammed scarf…it’s not too much, no? I tried to accessorize “delicately” with my new Malababa ring and, well, a giant lion head pendant, but I didn’t get a great picture of them. You’ll have to take my word for it!
Isn’t the coat so classic? I got it back from the tailor just days ago and this is it’s first season out – oh my gosh, my coat’s a debutante! You may now request it at society functions and call on it, if so inclined.
