Daughter is one of those bands I feel like someone told me about a year or two ago, but I never got around to checking them out for one reason or another. It's that kind of band name where you're like, "Oh, yeah, Daughter - I think I've heard of them. So amaze. But do you know Clipboard? Beyond amaze." (This skit comes to mind.) This song is the definition of "hauntingly beautiful"; I'm also loving Landfill and Smother. The group's debut album was released in the States this week, you can get it here.
